Believe in your body, believe in yourself!

Sa mga watcher, ma bana, mama, lola, igsuon, amiga, silingan, ATIMANA ang mama na bag-ong panganak! You play an important role to mother's successful breastfeeding journey. If kamo mismo ang mag doubt sa kakayahan sa mama kung kaya niya magpa breastfeeding, kamo mismo ang mag hatag og idea na wala sila gatas, if kamo mismo ang mag puslit og beberon, formula milk sa hospital, then you are NOT helping.

Support the mother, extend help in helping the mother feed herself, clean herself, give her time to nap by carrying the baby. Give her food she deserves! Dili puro sabaw 😅
