PHA-NWM Chapter and NMMC-Section of Adult Cardiology, in partnership with UNILAB, held its 1st ever cardiolympics IM Quiz Bowl.

Cardiolympics was one of the highlights of our postgraduate course. It was joined by 7 internal medicine training institutions from the different areas of Mindanao. Indeed, it was a thrilling and exciting scholastic activity that challenged the wits of our delegates.

We would like to congratulate the following who won in the 1st Cardiolympics Quiz Bowl!

Good day!

To all our participants, speakers, and organizers—THANK YOU for making our postgraduate course a success! It is an honor to be joined by Dr. Federick Cheng with his lecture on Fondaparinux Anticoagulation for ACS, and the evidence and experience with Edoxaban.

It was a power-packed single day filled with valuable insights and learning, from understanding the PhilHealth Benefits Package for Acute Myocardial Infarction to exploring the timely and relevant topic of the running era in sports cardiology. 🫀🏅

We would also like to congratulate the representatives of Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital-Department of Internal Medicine, for being the champion of the 1st ever Cardiolympics Quiz bowl!
