๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Pasig, Greenwoods Executive Village
๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐: โฑ45,000 โ โฑ55,000 per month
โ๏ธ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐น: Must be willing to travel to supervise or visit chemo infusion centers (Batangas and other areas).
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
1. Clinical and Nursing Leadership๏ฟฝ-Oversee daily operations in all chemo infusion units.
-Ensure safe preparation, administration, and monitoring of chemotherapy.
-Maintain and supervise proper use of clinical equipment.
-Participate in case conferences to improve patient outcomes.
2. Staff Supervision and Development
-Recruit, train, and mentor oncology nurses and aides.
-Conduct performance evaluations and skills assessments.
-Plan staffing, schedules, and promote continuing education.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
-Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and PONA guidelines.
-Conduct audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments.
-Support accreditation and inspection processes.
4. Patient Care Coordination
-Oversee patient care delivery and workflow in chemo centers.
-Respond to patient needs, side effects, and emergencies.
-Collaborate with Medical Director and Pharmacy Manager on protocols.
5. Administrative and Reporting Duties
-Prepare operational, incident, and performance reports
-Maintain nursing SOPs, clinical guidelines, and policy manuals.
-Coordinate with HR and Accounting on staffing and budgets.
