MEET THE SPEAKER: Mr. Wadel S. Cabrera III
A Community of Practice Manager in United Nations Development Programme, and a Leadership coach/faculty in Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. With his over 20 years of work and consulting experience in public, private and humanitarian sectors, Mr. Cabrera has been making an impact in areas of development management, communications and advocacy, good governance, social accountability and citizen empowerment. These were very evident in his projects for the DSWD such as the Capacity Development Framework, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program; and Pulong-Bahay: Gabay sa Halalan 2004.
