Ang bawat nanay ay may kanya-kanyang journey, pero hindi mo kailangang gawin ito nang mag-isa. Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang at suportahan ang bawat hakbang tungo sa mas malusog na mga bata at mas matatag na mga pamilya.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking with the Grade 5 students of ICA about hygiene, self-care, and understanding the changes that come with growing up. 🤍

I was genuinely impressed by how curious, attentive, and willing they were to ask questions. These conversations may sometimes feel awkward, but giving children accurate, age-appropriate information helps them become more confident, responsible, and comfortable caring for their bodies.

Thank you to the ICA community for inviting me and for creating a safe space where young girls can learn without fear or embarrassment.
