Habang patuloy ang tag-ulan, huwag kalimutang protektahan ang iyong sarili at pamilya laban sa leptospirosis. Ang sakit na ito ay maaaring makuha sa paglusong sa baha o tubig na kontaminado ng ihi ng daga.

✔️ Iwasang lumusong sa
baha kung maaari.
✔️ Magsuot ng bota at iba
pang proteksiyon kung
kinakailangang dumaan
sa baha.
✔️ Hugasan agad ang
katawan gamit ang
sabon at malinis na
tubig pagkatapos
malusong sa baha.
✔️ Takpan ang anumang
sugat bago lumusong
sa tubig-baha.
✔️ Panatilihing malinis ang
paligid upang maiwasan
ang pagdami ng daga.

Kung nakaranas ng lagnat, pananakit ng ulo at kalamnan, panginginig, pamumula ng mata, pagsusuka, o hirap sa paghinga matapos malusong sa baha, agad na magpakonsulta sa doktor.
