Gayunpaman, mahalagang manatiling maalam at handa.

🦠 Mpox (Monkeypox) Awareness Reminder 🦠

𝐌𝐩𝐨𝐱 is a contagious virus that spreads through close, often skin-to-skin contact. Symptoms can include fever, rash, fatigue, and swollen lymph nodes.

While most cases are mild, it’s important to stay informed and take precautions:

✅ Avoid close contact with anyone who has a rash or appears sick
✅ Wash your hands regularly
✅ See a healthcare provider if you have symptoms

Let’s protect ourselves and our communities with facts, not fear.
