June is observed as National Dengue Awareness Month, a time to strengthen our commitment to preventing dengue and protecting the health of our students, employees, and the entire ICC community.

Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral disease transmitted through the bite of an infected Aedes mosquito. Symptoms may include high fever, severe headache, pain behind the eyes, muscle and joint pain, skin rashes, and in severe cases, unusual bleeding. Early detection and proper medical care can significantly reduce the risk of complications.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Remember the 4S Kontra Dengue:
โœ… Search and Destroy mosquito breeding sites.
โœ… Self-Protection Measures such as using mosquito repellent and wearing protective clothing.
โœ… Seek Early Consultation when symptoms appear.
โœ… Support Fogging in outbreak-prone areas when recommended by health authorities.

๐Ÿซ As members of the ICC community, we can help prevent dengue by keeping our surroundings clean, properly disposing of containers that collect water, and promoting healthy environmental practices both at school and at home.

๐Ÿ’™ A clean environment is our first line of defense against dengue. Together, let us stay informed, stay protected, and help keep our campus dengue-free.
