To all families raising a child with special needs, remember:

sometimes the path given to us may seem heavier, longer, or harder than we expected.

But just like the man who chose the bigger log because it was the bridge he needed to cross, God may allow certain challenges because they are part of the way toward something greater. 🌿

Sometimes, what feels like the heavier burden may actually be the bridge that helps us cross.🌿

📢 GOLDEN JJ’S EARTHQUAKE DRILL 2026 🚨

Safety is a skill we can teach, practice, and strengthen. 💛

From Friday, October 2, to Friday, October 9, 2026, Golden JJs Therapy Center will be conducting an Earthquake Drill for our SPED and Learn & Play learners.

The purpose of this activity is to help our children become familiar with what to do during an earthquake and to practice responding safely with the guidance of our teachers and staff.

We believe that preparedness begins with practice. By introducing emergency procedures in a calm and age-appropriate way, we can help our learners develop greater awareness and confidence.

🏠♻️ D.I.Y. House Making Activity

Our Copernicus learners enjoyed building their very own house using recycled materials! 💛

With creativity, teamwork, and lots of imagination, they worked together, shared materials, helped one another, and turned simple recycled items into something special.

The fun continued as they painted and decorated their house, proudly adding their own creative touches.

This activity was not only enjoyable but also a great opportunity to develop fine motor skills, creativity, cooperation, communication, problem-solving, and confidence.

A simple activity can create meaningful learning experiences and beautiful memories too! 🌟

Good morning, everyone.

Once again, there will be no SPED and Learn & Play classes today, as announced by our City Mayor.

However, therapy sessions will continue as scheduled.

As we always remind everyone, attendance for therapy is still at the parents’ discretion, especially if traveling to the center may be difficult or unsafe due to the weather conditions.

If your child will be absent today, kindly inform us through the OT GC so we can properly schedule a make-up session.

Based on the announcement from Malacañang, SPED and Learn & Play classes are suspended again today, September 10, 2026.

However, therapy sessions will continue as scheduled. Parents may decide whether their child can attend, especially if traveling is difficult or if weather conditions are unsafe.

If your child will not be able to attend the therapy session, please inform your OT group chat as soon as possible so that we can arrange a make-up session.

Therapy sessions will continue as scheduled. However, parents may decide whether to bring their child to therapy, particularly if their area is affected by flooding or transportation difficulties.
