A Gentle Reminder from FamilyCare
We understand that every parent wants what is best for their child, especially when faced with a difficult and frightening medical situation. We respect every patient’s right to ask questions, seek clarification, and obtain a second medical opinion.
However, we kindly ask everyone to refrain from posting malicious, misleading, or unverified statements about our clinic and our healthcare professionals.
If you have any concerns regarding a consultation, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment, our doors are always open for a proper and respectful discussion. We are willing to review the circumstances and clarify any questions based on the patient’s medical records and the actual events that took place.
At FamilyCare, all our physicians are board-certified specialists who practice according to professional and ethical standards. It would be highly unprofessional and contrary to medical ethics for one physician to maliciously discredit another physician or intentionally mislead a patient regarding another doctor’s management.
We believe that concerns are best addressed through open communication, proper medical review, and respect for one another—not through public accusations or statements that have not been fully established.
Our commitment remains the same: to provide safe, ethical, and compassionate healthcare to every patient we serve.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a respectful and professional healthcare community.
