As part of the NSPH 69th Founding Anniversary Celebration on April 3-4, 2025, we invite you to take part in a Blood Letting Activity on April 3, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the NSPH New Admin Building lobby.

This life-saving initiative is organized by the Northern Samar Provincial Hospital Blood Bank Unit and the Provincial Health Office - National Voluntary Blood Services Program, under the theme:
"Sacrifice for Healing, Strength through Blood."🩸

We encourage everyone—including our employees—to participate in this noble cause. Your donation could save a life!

Requirements:
1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 50 kg and above
2. Must be in good health (not immunocompromised, pregnant, or undergoing medical treatments)
3. Free from conditions such as cancer, hypertension, or other chronic illnesses.
4. Hemoglobin level of at least 13.5 for males, 12.5 for females
5. Not under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
