A year after the Covid19-Pandemic, Dr. Mario A. Manaor Jr. set up a home-based teleconsultation area in Brgy. Lucsuhin, Silang, Cavite. This allowed him to offer free medical assistance aligned with the Office of the Vice President's (OVP) telemedicine initiative as one of it’s volunteer MDs for OVP’s Bayanihan E-Konsulta Program.
