Please be informed that the Cebu City Health Department Mental Health Program will be closed on August 17 (Monday) and August 18 (Tuesday), 2026, as our team will be participating in a training activity.

Regular office operations and mental health services will resume on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

The Cebu City Health Department Mental Health Programโ€™s Psychometrician conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar during the Nutrition Month Celebration organized by the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) at Cebu City Hall on July 27, 2026.

The session highlighted the importance of caring for both physical and mental well being, emphasizing that a healthy lifestyle also includes taking care of our thoughts, emotions, and overall mental health. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿฅ—โœจ
