Three couples showed up at the clinic today. They just wanted to drop by and show me “something”.😍

No complaints. No lab tests.
Just… babies.👶👶👶👶

Not so long ago, our meetups where the kind where we all aged a little faster than we wanted to.🙈

And now here they are with little versions of themselves… cute, loud, very much alive, and completely unaware of the stress they put us through.😅

Honestly, this is the kind of follow-up I don’t mind at all. Thank you for the visit.❤️💕🌸

Honored to serve as both speaker and art facilitator for The Art of Gratitude Project with our Healthway CVGH OB-GYN residents this afternoon.

I introduced gratitude in healthcare as a practical way to help combat burnout—inviting residents to pause, reflect, and reconnect with purpose. We then translated this into a hands-on mindfulness activity, guiding them through painting a simple watercolor “Thank You” card.

Hands that heal can also create—and in creating, find healing too.

The Service Grand Rounds every Tuesday is when we review all admissions from the past week. This session is essential for residents’ training and ensures that every patient under our care is appropriately managed in accordance with established standards of care.
