The PSMID Cebu Chapter mourns the passing of Dr. Virginia P. Mesola, who served as President of the chapter from 1980 to 1981.

Dr. Mesola was a respected microbiologist, teacher, and mentor whose work and service left a lasting mark on our Society and the medical community.

We remember her with gratitude and extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, and former students.

Rest in peace, Dr. Mesola. Thank you for the years you gave to PSMID and to Philippine medicine. 🕊️
