DO YOU KNOW?? Cardiac arrest is a life threatening event and can happen with no warning signs and symptoms. It’s like a ticking time bomb that can strike within seconds..

Heart Attack on the other hand is comparable to a “House Pipe” problem. It can possibly happen with mild symptoms only that makes us ignore and downplay that problem exists.

Proactive health-seeking behavior makes us well informed of our health risks and manage it early in its course thus preventing debilitating complications.

Just let them walk more than 30mins a day and maintain it like discipline, improves peripheral vascular resistance and stroke volume thus improving sympathetic response.

The end of a rule in cardiology? What do you think?
In the modern reperfusion era, long-term beta-blocker therapy after myocardial infarction in patients without ventricular dysfunction appears to be more historical than evidence-based.

Clinical evidence suggests that ginger can be as effective as common over-the-counter painkillers like ibuprofen for certain conditions, particularly menstrual cramps and migraines.

Studies using 250–500 mg of ginger powder taken multiple times daily during the first days of menstruation found pain relief comparable to ibuprofen and mefenamic acid, likely due to ginger’s active compounds (gingerols and shogaols) which inhibit prostaglandins responsible for uterine contractions. In migraines, ginger has shown similar effectiveness to sumatriptan in reducing pain and nausea within a few hours, often with fewer side effects.

Beyond pain relief, ginger acts as a natural anti-inflammatory by blocking enzymes like COX-2 and supports digestion by promoting faster gastric emptying, helping reduce bloating.

Emerging research also links ginger to improved mood and brain health through its influence on neurotransmitters and reduction of neuroinflammation.

A simple diet change can help protect your colon from cancer.

“What you eat can have an effect on inflammation, either causing a more pro-inflammatory response or helping to fight it,” explains registered dietitian in Cleveland Clinic Erin Coates, RDN, LD

We should cut back on foods made with added sugars, trans fats, refined carbs, omega-6 fatty acids and processed meats because these pushes our body to chronic inflammation.

Let’s choose more food that fight inflammation in the likes of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, seeds and fatty fish.
