Sandplay is a gentle approach which works at a very deep level. It is above all ideal for clients who struggle with words.
Children in particular, are able to spontaneously express emotions, process traumatic memories and thus improve their behaviour quite quickly using sandplay. Sandplay can also help adolescent and adult clients express feelings in a safe, non-verbal way.
