A meaningful milestone for better eye health and brighter futures! 👁️✨

Today, Pulyn Dialysis and Diagnostic Clinic, together with DepEd Cebu City Division, officially sealed a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for the implementation of PhilHealth Optometric Services for learners in all schools under the Cebu City Division.

The MOA signing was held at Oras Punto Diagnostics by Pulyn, marking another important step toward making quality eye care more accessible to our children and communities.

Through this partnership, eligible children aged 0–15 years old may avail of FREE eye check-up, FREE eye screening, and FREE eyeglasses under the PhilHealth Optometric Services program, helping address vision concerns that may affect their learning and daily activities.

Present during this meaningful occasion were DepEd Cebu City Division Schools Division Medical Head, Dr. Jeanette Canoy Matig-a and Atty. Ericson Magladang, Pulyn’s CEO, COO, and Eye Optimal Optical Clinic Dr. Andy Dubduban.

This collaboration represents our shared commitment to promoting better vision, improved learning experiences, and a healthier future for the children of Cebu City.

Today, Pulyn Dialysis and Diagnostic Medical Clinic brought the PhilHealth YAKAP Program – Free Eyeglasses for eligible children ages 0–15 years old to Barangay Mactan.

We are truly grateful for the warm welcome and support we received from the whole community. It was heartwarming to see parents, children, barangay staff, and our healthcare team come together with one goal — to help our children see better and brighter. 💙

A very special THANK YOU to EYE Optimal Optical Clinic for being part of this meaningful outreach and for taking care of our young beneficiaries. Your partnership and dedication helped make today’s activity possible. We are grateful to have you with us in this mission of bringing accessible eye care closer to our communities.

We are absolutely thrilled and deeply honored to share this wonderful milestone!

Pulyn Dialysis and Diagnostic Medical Clinic, in partnership with EYE Optimal Optical Clinic, led by Doc Andy, has been selected by the Department of Education (DepEd) Mandaue City Division to support the delivery of optometry and eye care services for children ages 0–15 years old in public schools across Mandaue City.

As a PhilHealth-accredited clinic, we are grateful for the opportunity to bring accessible eye care closer to our communities and directly into our local schools.

Through this partnership, we aim to help children who may be experiencing vision difficulties by providing free eyeglasses and comprehensive eye screenings for eligible beneficiaries under the PhilHealth YAKAP Program.

Because clear vision is essential to a child’s learning, development, confidence, and future. 👓💙
