Last week meditation session;
Sometimes, patience alone is not enough. What we need is strategic patience.
The Buddha called this Kṣānti—a virtue that encompasses three qualities: endurance, forbearance, and acceptance.
Because in real life, these virtues will be tested—again and again.
True patience is not simply waiting. It is the wisdom to endure what cannot be changed, the restraint to respond without being consumed by anger, and the acceptance to meet reality as it is.
And sometimes, knowing when to wait, when to act, and when to let go is the true practice of patience.
See you tomorrow meditation session.
