The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur proudly offers its Educational Assistance Program to help aspiring scholars overcome financial challenges and pursue their academic goals.
This is more than financial aid. It is an opportunity to believe in yourself, aim higher, and become part of the future leaders of our province and nation.
Interested applicants may complete the necessary requirements and submit them to the Provincial Education and Scholarship Affairs Office, 2nd Floor, Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center (PFLDC).
Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM โ 6:00 PM.

Note: Aspiring scholars from remote areas are advised to stay tuned for further announcements regarding application schedules in Candon, Tagudin, and Cervantes to help lessen transportation expenses.
