This program is more than just providing nutritious meals but an investment in the health, growth, and brighter future of our children.

🎉 LAUNCHING OF MR-SIA 2026: LIGTAS TIGDAS! 💉❤️

Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA)

Today, we officially launch Ligtas Tigdas 2026 in our community! 🥳

This important campaign of the Department of Health, together with the LGU Claveria – Municipal Health Office, aims to protect our children against measles and rubella through safe, free, and effective vaccination. 💪👶

💉❤️ MATAGUMPAY NA PAGLULUNSAD NG MR-SIA SA CLAVERIA! ❤️💉

Isang makabuluhang araw para sa kalusugan ng ating mga kabataan! 🎉

Matagumpay na isinagawa ang Launching of Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) sa ating bayan ng Claveria, Masbate, na dinaluhan at sinuportahan nina Mayor Karen Ballesteros at Dra. Imee B. Azares.👩‍⚕️💚

Ang MR-SIA ay isang mahalagang hakbang upang maprotektahan ang ating mga bata laban sa Measles at Rubella at mapanatili ang isang ligtas at malusog na komunidad.

🙏 Maraming salamat sa ating mga health workers, BHWs, BNS, barangay officials, mga magulang at volunteers na patuloy na nakikiisa sa kampanyang ito.

Ang exclusive breastfeeding ay pagbibigay ng gatas ng ina lamang sa unang 6 na buwan ng buhay ng sanggol.

💧 Walang tubig, juice, tsaa, lugaw o ibang pagkain/inumin.
💊 Maaaring ibigay ang gamot, bitamina/mineral at ORS kapag kinakailangan at ayon sa payo ng health professional.
🤱 Magpasuso ayon sa senyales at pangangailangan ng sanggol, araw at gabi.

Eksklusibong pagpapasuso sa unang 6 na buwan, at tuloy-tuloy na breastfeeding kasabay ng masustansyang complementary feeding pagdating ng ika-6 na buwan—isang simpleng hakbang tungo sa malusog at matatag na kinabukasan ng bawat bata.

Measles is a highly contagious disease that can cause serious complications especially in children.

The solution? Getting vaccinated.

Safe Tigdas, the vaccinated and protected child! 💉

Vaccinate children against measles, because vaccination and protection of every child against diseases is our collective responsibility. 🤝🏻

Visit the nearest vaccination site in your area and make sure your baby is fully vaccinated.

Our NIP Coordinator, alongside with other RHU personnel, recently visited Claveria District Hospital to finalize coordination plans for the upcoming Ligtas Tigdas 2026 campaign. Establishing a seamless referral system for Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) is crucial to keeping our children safe during this vaccination drive. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Claveria District Hospital team for stepping up as our official AEFI referral facility and ensuring medical readiness. Together, we are building a stronger shield against Measles and Rubella! 💉🛡️

This is to inform that we will be having FREE MOBILE CHEST X-RAY only on August 4, 2026 from DOH CHD Bicol.
•ages 2 -14 year old(with request from doctor)
•15 years old and above.

●Kindly disseminate it to your brgy.
●Pt to be x-ray (no previous history of TB,With signs &symptoms of TB,Household contact of Bacteriogically Confirmed pt or household contact of Clinically Diagnosed pt ages 2-5 years old WITH NO GENE-XPERT DONE ).
●Ask if Pt previously done chest x-ray(kung pirang bulan na).
●We will cater 200 person in 1 day only.
●For your list in your brgy kindly send it to me.
●ages 2-17 years old should be accompanied by adult relative/parent during the activity.
