Isip kabahin sa pagsaulog sa National Lung Month 2026 ning tibuok bulan sa Agosto, ang Danao City Health Services Office, sa pakigtambayayong sa Department of Health – Central Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-CVCHD), malipayong nagdapit sa tanang Danawanon sa Tuberculosis (TB) Awareness and Active Case-Finding Activity aron mas sayo nga makit-an, matambalan, ug mapugngan ang pagkaylap sa tuberculosis sa atong komunidad.

👥 KINSA ANG GIAWHAG NGA MOAPIL?
✔️ Mga close contacts sa mga pasyente nga nagatambal sa tuberculosis.
✔️ Mga adunay usa o daghan sa mosunod nga mga sintomas:
• Ubo nga molapas na og 2 ka semana
• Kalit nga pagkunhod sa timbang
• Walay gana mokaon
• Pagluwa og dugo
• Sakit sa dughan o likod
• Hilanat, ilabina sa gabii
• Singot sa gabii ug uban pang sintomas nga posibleng may kalabutan sa TB

Ayaw hulata nga mograbe ang sakit. Ang sayong pagpacheck-up ug pagtambal makaluwas og kinabuhi ug makapugong sa pagkatakod sa imong pamilya ug komunidad.

Magpa-check na, magpatambal kung gikinahanglan, ug magpa-TPT kung kwalipikado.

Kuyog ta sa pag-atiman sa atong baga, pagpanalipod sa atong pamilya, ug pagtukod sa usa ka mas himsog, mas luwas, ug TB-Free nga Danao City.

I honestly don’t understand why teenage pregnancy is being framed online as something to flex or be proud of.

Sa paraan ng pagpo-post, parang achievement ang nabuo mula sa isang sitwasyong dapat seryosong pag-usapan.
What’s being shown looks celebratory, as if early pregnancy is something to be applauded rather than questioned.

Habang may mga nagco-comment ng congratulations, may mas batang nakatingin at natututo.
Other minors see these posts and start thinking that getting pregnant young is normal, acceptable, and consequence-free.

Dito nagiging delikado ang lahat, dahil ang maling mensahe ay paulit-ulit na naipapasa.
Normalizing teenage pregnancy online creates a false sense of empowerment and removes the weight of responsibility.

Tawagin man itong pagiging totoo o pagiging matapang, hindi ito empowerment.
It is misleading, and it sets the wrong example for young people who are still shaping their choices and values.

Hindi lahat ng kwento ay kailangang gawing inspirasyon.
Some realities demand accountability, not applause.
