𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗜𝗗 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

Equipping future sports and fitness leaders with vital lifesaving skills, the Bicol University Institute of Physical Education Sports and Recreation (IPESR) presents the Basic Life Support and Occupational First Aid Training tailored for BSESS FSC 4 students. Scheduled for August 24 & 25, 2026, this essential hands-on session aims to sharpen participants' emergency response capabilities, critical decision-making, and immediate care techniques required in both athletic and everyday environments.

Through dynamic lectures and practical simulations covering CPR, bandaging, and casualty management the activity ensures that students foster a proactive safety, readiness, and community care.

We invite our students to mark your calendars and prepare to take an active role in building safer sports and wellness spaces, as BU continues bringing quality physical education and emergency preparedness closer to the community.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The 𝐁𝐔 𝐈𝐏𝐄𝐒𝐑 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐑𝐂𝐘𝐂) was present during the second-day tryouts of BUIPESR students as they prepared for the upcoming BU Olympics.

We are always ready to provide first aid assistance and support whenever needed. From every sprint and jump to every challenge on the field, our volunteers remained alert and prepared to respond, ensuring that our student-athletes could give their best while prioritizing their safety and well-being. ❤⛑️
