September is Blood Diseases Month, a good reminder that persistent fatigue is not something we should always brush off as “normal” or tungod lang sa kakapoy.

Usahay, symptoms like low energy, weakness, or getting tired easily can have different possible causes, and some of them may need proper medical attention.

If something feels off, it’s always better to ask and get guided properly kaysa magtagna-tagna lang.
