MALE BREAST CANCER AWARENESS WEEK

Do you know that there’s also Male Breast Cancer?

It is a rare disease but it does happen. It’s rare because men have less breast tissue and less estrogen in comparison to women but breast cancer can still happen to men.

Diagnosis and treatment are similar between men and women. Men still need mammogram and breast ultrasound. Male breast cancer patients still need surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted treatment if necessary.

Let’s spread the word and removal the social stigma. Let us support men diagnosed with breast cancer.
