Important Dates to Remember:
1. Application for SPMC Endocrinology Fellowship Training program has been extended until March 5, 2024.
2. Fellowship in Endocrinology Admission Test (FEAT):
March 8, 2024
3. Pre-fellowship period:
March 6 to 19, 2024 (1st batch)
April 1 to 14, 2024 (2nd batch)
4. Start of Fellowship Training:
May 1, 2024

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Application Letter addressed to:
Suzette Quiaoit - Alegarbes, MD, FP*P, FPCEDM
Chairperson, Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
2. Filled out online Application form (please scan QR code)
3. 2x2 ID picture (white background)
4. Two (2) Recommendation letters from:
(i) Department Chair or Training Officer during Residency Training*
(ii) from any Internal Medicine consultant or an endocrinologist*
*excluding any member of the SPMC Endocrinology training core
5. Certificate of Class Ranking & General Weighted Average from the Dean or Registrar of Medical School (Certified True Copy)
6. Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy)
7. Photocopies of the following:
* Medical School Diploma
* PRC Board Rating Result
* Certificate of Internship
* PRC License
* Certificate of Residency Training
* P*P Diplomate Certificate
* Neuropsychiatric evaluation test
