Snoring may sound cute, funny and innocent but it may also be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). OSA has the potential to wreck one’s life as it can affect both daily activities and health in general.

The PCCP Council on Sleep Medicine invites the general public to an Online Lay Forum entitled “Lets Go BTS (Beat the Snore) mga Ka-OSA!” on April 1, 2023, 6pm via Zoom platform.

This activity is in commemoration of World Sleep Day 2023. An all-female panel of specialists will serve as our speakers as National Women’s Month closes.

Together, lets make sure everyone breathes comfortably - whether awake or asleep.
