The Medical and Non-Medical Staff of Anda Riverview Medical Center, Inc. (ARMCI) actively participated in Day 1 of the Lactation Management Training.

[ADVISORY] Cash Dividends and Replacement of Stock Certificates

Dear Esteemed Stockholders of Anda Riverview Medical Center, Inc. (ARMCI),

We are pleased to announce that the Members’ Dividend is now available for release starting July 9, 2026 and onwards. Kindly visit the Accounting Office at 5th Floor, ARMCI Old Building, with your ID to claim.

As announced during the ARMCI 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting held on June 20, 2026, please be advised of the following updates regarding your stock certificates:

1. Replacement of Stock Certificates
All stockholders are required to surrender their old stock certificate(s) to the Accounting Office for replacement.

2. Lost or Damaged Certificates
In the event that your stock certificate(s) have been lost, stolen, or destroyed, you must submit a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss to the Accounting Office before a replacement can be processed.

3. Notification of New Certificate Availability
The official release date for the new stock certificates will be announced shortly. Stockholders will be notified through the following channels:

Please be reminded of the Anda Riverview Medical Center, Inc. (ARMCI) 2026 Annual Stockholders Meeting on June 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM via In-person (Cecilio Vicente T. Gempesaw's Hall, 6th Floor, ARMCI New Building) and Zoom.

Registration is very important, especially for the online participants, as we will be sending to your registered emails, the Zoom link, the program, reports of the Chairman of the Board/President and its officers, the Audited Financial Report, and all pertinent documents in the Conduct of Elections of Board of Directors.
