Halfway Through the Year. 🙏🏼

For some, the first half of the year brought growth and joyful milestones. For others, it brought unexpected challenges, quiet battles, and days that simply felt heavy. Kung bug-at man ang unang bahin sa tuig, ayaw kalimot nga dili ka nag-inusara.

As we begin the second half of the year, hinaot nga padayon ta sa pag-atiman sa atong mental health, pagpaminaw sa uban, ug pagpangayo og tabang kung bug-at na kaayo ang gibati.

Remember, you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Tawag. Suporta. Paglaom.
