After the quake and all the aftershocks, a lot of people across Mindanao are feeling what's called a ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ผ๐บ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ: that sway or tremble when everything is actually still. Some feel dizzy. Some keep checking, bracing for the next one.
Here's the thing โ it's not in your head, and you're not weak. That's a normal response. For most people, it eases as the aftershocks settle and the body calms down.
While it does, ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ: feel your feet on the floor, slow your breathing, get rest, and ease up on refreshing the aftershock updates.
And if it lingers โ affecting your sleep, your work, your day-to-day โ that's worth talking to someone about. Asking for help isn't weakness. It's care.
