Virac 2026 ❤️

Came to talk about PAD, ended up getting my own exercise stress test Mount Lantad . 😅 The hike was steep, the legs were complaining, and the heart rate definitely went up—but the view at the top made everything worth it.

Had a great time sharing, learning, and meeting people beyond the usual clinic and hospital conversations. Sometimes the best part of these trips is what happens beyond the lecture hall.
