Davao City Council shows support for organ donation! Captured during the 20th Regular Session, Councilor Trishia Villafuerte delivered a powerful speech backing SPMC's Human Organ and Tissue Procurement and Sharing Program (SHARE) and honoring the selfless donor who gave life to others through organ donation.

This milestone follows the passage of Ordinance No. 0393-20 in December 2020, ( authored by Councilor Pilar Braga) establishing Davao City's Organ Donation Ordinance and creating the Davao City Organ Donation Council to promote ethical and sustainable organ donation practices.

A BIG win for organ donation! The P*P, led by President Dr. Nemencio Nicodemus Jr. and its Board of Regents, officially declared its full support.
