It has come to my attention that a fake medical certificate bearing my name and the name of my clinic has been circulated.

I would like to make it clear that I did not issue, authorize, or sign this document. Any medical certificate carrying my name that was not personally issued through my clinic is fraudulent.

Please be advised that falsifying medical documents and using my name without authorization are serious matters. Appropriate action will be taken regarding this incident.

To all employers, schools, institutions, and concerned individuals, please be informed that all official medical certificates and documents issued by my clinic bear my signature and the clinic's official dry seal. If a document does not have the official dry seal, its authenticity should be questioned and verified by contacting my clinic directly.
