🌿 PAUSE β€’ BREATHE β€’ RECHARGE 🌿
A 2-Hour Mental Health & Wellness Break at Diffun District Hospital

Sometimes, amidst the bulk of work, endless paperwork, demanding duties, and the everyday challenges of hospital life, we all need to pause, breathe, and simply enjoy a moment together. πŸ’š

Today, our DDH family took a well-deserved 2-hour break to refresh our minds and bodies, share good food, enjoy some laughter, and reconnect with one another. From the fun activities to the delicious pika-pika, refreshments, and sweet treats, it was a simple but meaningful reminder that taking a break is also part of taking care of ourselves. 😊

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for your cooperation, participation, and enthusiasm in making this activity fun, relaxing, and truly memorable! 🫢

Special thanks to all our Doctors and most especially to our Chief of Hospital, Dr. Maria Elizabeth T. Vaquilar, for the continued support and for helping make this wellness activity possible. πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ’š

May this short break remind each one of us that while we work hard in caring for our patients, we also need to care for ourselves and for each other.

✨ Two hours may seem short, but sometimes, a little pause is all we need to recharge and face another day with renewed energy.

Thank you, DDH family! πŸ’š

Rest. Refresh. Recharge. Continue caring. 🌿
