GFI Medic Team We are a dedicated team of student first-aiders who passionately volunteers in providing emergency health assistance.

Ngayong araw, ating ginugunita ang Ninoy Aquino Day bilang pag-alala sa pagpaslang kay dating Senador Benigno โ€œNinoyโ€ Aquino Jr. sa Manila International Airport noong 1983. Ang kanyang pagkamatay ay nagpasidhi sa kilusang oposisyon laban sa diktadura at naging isa sa mga pangyayaring nagbigay-daan sa People Power Revolution noong 1986.

Idineklara ang araw na ito bilang isang espesyal na araw ng paggunita sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 9256, na nilagdaan ni dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo noong Pebrero 25, 2004. Para sa iba, maaaring isa lamang itong araw ng pahinga, ngunit higit pa rito ang kahulugan ng araw na ito.
