Following the M7.8 Earthquake operations, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) General Santos City–Sarangani Chapter successfully distributed essential non-food item relief kits to 250 affected families in Barangay Libi, Malapatan, Sarangani Province today, August 1, 2026.

​Supported by the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz [German Red Cross], each of the 250 families received a comprehensive relief pack containing 1 kitchen set, 1 hygiene kit, 2 collapsible jerry cans, and 1 sleeping kit. A dedicated team of 15 PRC responders, including 3 deployed chapter staff and 12 chapter-based or Red Cross Youth volunteers, facilitated the seamless distribution process.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞! The Philippine Red Cross relief convoy is on the move today, June 20, 2026, enroute to Barangay Burias in the affected municipality of Glan, Sarangani Province. Chapters from across Mindanao have united their specialized vehicles to deliver comprehensive relief to families recovering from the recent 𝗠𝗮𝗴. 𝟳.𝟴 earthquake that hit the region.
