The institution also participates in the CLAP “Case of the Year” presentation, showcasing a significant Cath Lab case that highlights clinical expertise, teamwork, innovation, and quality patient care.

We are aware of a recent social media post regarding a patient's experience at our Emergency Room on September 8. We understand how stressful emergency medical situations can be, and we deeply sympathize with the anxiety the patient and their family felt during this time.

At VRP Medical Center, our Emergency Room personnel are dedicated professionals who are trained to follow strict standard triage protocols to ensure the safety and timely care of all our patients. We take all feedback regarding patient care very seriously.

Please be assured that Management has already initiated a comprehensive and fair investigation to fully understand the exact circumstances surrounding this event. Because we are committed to fairness and to the truth, we are carefully reviewing all facts before drawing any conclusions. We ask for the community's patience and respectfully request that the public withhold judgment on our hardworking frontline healthcare workers until this review is complete.

VRP Medical Center remains steadfast in our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare to our community. We will take whatever steps are necessary based on the findings to ensure we continually uphold this standard.
