Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital is blessed to join the Holy Mass at La Consolacion Parish in San Isidro, Guagua, Pampanga, on August 4, 2026, for the celebration of the Cruzada of Virgen De Los Remedios and Sto. Cristo del Perdon.

This long-standing Catholic tradition continues to inspire faith, hope, healing, and unity among Kapampangans. We are grateful to take part in this special occasion and to offer our prayers for the good health and safety of our patients, healthcare workers, their families, and the whole community.

On August 5, 2026, PMSH also participated in the sending-off of the Virgen De Los Remedios and Sto. Cristo del Perdon from La Consolacion Parish in San Isidro, Guagua, to the Conversion of Saint Paul Parish in San Pablo 1st, Lubao. To help ensure the safety of everyone during the event, our ambulance and medical staff were on standby throughout the procession to provide immediate assistance in case of emergencies.

A significant milestone for healthcare in Central Luzon was celebrated with the inauguration of the Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital (PMSH) Hemodialysis Center in Guagua, Pampanga, on July 22, 2026.

The event began with a Thanksgiving Mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Howell Suarez, attended by our doctors, hospital staff, and distinguished guests. This was followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the PMSH Board of Directors, Hospital President Dr. Mildred Mariano, and Guagua Mayor Hon. Joseph Anthony Torres.

As the largest Hemodialysis Center in Central Luzon, the facility is equipped with 99 dialysis machines, including Hemodiafiltration (HDF) machines, allowing us to provide quality, accessible, and compassionate renal care to more patients in the region.

Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital Achieves a Milestone in Vascular Care

On July 23, 2026, Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital (PMSH) successfully performed an Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) for an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm and right common iliac aneurysm, with right internal iliac artery embolization.

The procedure was expertly led by Thoraco-Vascular Surgeons Dr. Teodoro Bautista Jr. and Dr. Dana Rosielou Rubiano, with Anesthesiologist Dr. Angelica Faith Tiongco and Proctor Dr. Timothy Dy. This achievement was made possible through the exceptional teamwork, precision, and dedication of the PMSH Catheterization Laboratory and Operating Room Team.

As the first EVAR procedure of its kind performed in West Pampanga, this landmark accomplishment highlights PMSH's continued commitment to expanding access to advanced, minimally invasive vascular treatments. BIGGEST HEMODIALYSIS CENTER

Pormal nang binuksan ng Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital (PMSH) nitong Miyerkules ang pinakamalaking hemodialysis center na matatagpuan sa Guagua.

Ang pasilidad, na itinayo sa 4,500 square-meter na lupa, ay may 99 dialysis machines, kabilang ang 62 single-pass units at 37 double-pass units na kayang i-accommodate ang 500 pasyente, at magsawa ng 150 dialysis sessions kada araw.

Ayon kay PMSH President Dr. Mildred Mariano, layunin ng center na magbigay ng dekalidad at mas makataong serbisyo sa mga pasyente.

“This facility is not only a place for medical care but also a place of dignity and hope for our patients and their families,” ani Mariano.

Sinabi naman ni Dr. Ferdinand De Mesa, miyembro ng hospital board, na itinayo ang pasilidad upang matugunan ang lumalaking pangangailangan sa dialysis sa kanlurang bahagi ng Pampanga.

“We hope to cater to more than 500 patients. We can do around 150 dialysis sessions a day… We want to provide convenience to our patients here in the western portion of Pampanga,” ani De Mesa.

Dumalo sa inagurasyon sina Dr. Marilu Malamug, Dr. Zenon Ponce, Dr. Larry Fernando, Pampanga Provincial Health Officer Dr. Dax Tidula, Guagua Mayor Joseph Anthony Torres, hospital officials, healthcare workers, and local government representatives.

Ayon kay Torres, malaking tulong ang bagong pasilidad sa pagpapalawak ng serbisyong pangkalusugan sa bayan.

“Malaking tulong ang PMSH sa mga Guaguaeño… it will serve our people and help improve the healthcare of our people,” ani Torres.
