Had a patient with Right lower quadrant pain treated with antibiotics. However pain persisted.

Despite normal CBC and CT scan. Clinically presented as appendicitis. Laparoscopic appendectomy done.
Intraoperative findings: Appendix with adhesions (signs of attack) with 2 appendicolith intraluminally.

If with persistent abdominal pain especially in Right lower quadrant. Better to seek your doctor/specialist.

Early intervention prevents complication! God is good! Patient will be able to go home day after surgery 😉
