The Nursing Service successfully conducted its Team Building for Nurse Supervisors titled “From Toxic to Thriving and The Four (4) Agreements” on May 29, 2026, at La Casa Bella Resort & Events Place. The activity was facilitated by Mr. Jerome Rojo-Eslabra and aimed to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment among nurse supervisors.
The team-building activity focused on breaking down personal conflicts, addressing communication gaps, and overcoming routine-induced stagnation. More importantly, it sought to reinvigorate the spirit of public service and realign the nursing leadership team with the hospital’s vision: “With our Hands we Serve with Care. With our Love our Hearts will Share.”
Through engaging discussions, participants were encouraged to embrace personal accountability, effective communication, mutual respect, and a growth-oriented mindset.
The event marked a significant step toward fostering a healthier workplace culture and strengthening the leadership capacity of the hospital’s nursing service, ensuring that quality patient care remains at the heart of its mission.
