RPGTMH gathered as one community, not only to remember those who lost, but to honor the strength of those who continue to fight, live and inspire. Each candle symbolizes hope, compassion, resilience and the promise that no story will ever be forgotten.
The memorial mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Blas G. Estrevencion, reminding everyone of compassion, healing, and the importance of keeping the light of hope alive within our communities. Following the mass was a short yet heartfelt program featuring the Words of Enlightenment delivered by Dr. Lily Ann Eslabra, MD, MPM, MMHoA (RPGTMH Chief of Hospital II), the Commitment Pledge led by Mark Aeron Gelpe (SHIP-UPSCALE Case Manager), the solemn Service of Lights participated in by all attendees, and the Intentional Prayer led by Phele Garferio (Volunteer Peer Navigator & HIV Counselor).
Together, we remember.
Together, we advance.
Together, we act.
