The Hernani Primary Care Facility successfully conducted its launching for the Measles Rubella-Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) held on August 10, 2026, at the covered court of Brgy. 02, Hernani, Eastern Samar for Brgy. 01-04 schedule.

Furthermore, the healthcare workers were able to conduct the activity at Brgy. Carmen, Padang, Garawon, and Cacatmonan.

This immunization aims to raise a stronger and equipped to fight Measles and Rubella.

๐Ÿ’‰Measles Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR- SIA) with Vitamin A Supplementation ay magsisimula ngayong Agosto 10-28, 2026 sa lahat ng Brgy. ng Hernani.

Target: Lahat ng batang 6 buwan hanggang 59 buwan (4 taon at 11 buwan).

Gin- aaghat namon an ngatanan nga mga kag-anak o mga nag-aataman han kabataan nga dad-on an ira mga anak basi mabakunahan kontra tipdas (measles) ngan rubella ha itinalaga nga Brgy. Health post ha kada tagsa nga Brgy. An bakuna libre, huwas, ngan epektibo ha pagpanalipod han aton mga kabataan tikang ha peligroso nga sakit.

Palihog pagdara han Child Immunization Card han iyo anak han adlaw nga pagkada han mga taga RHU ngada ha iyo Brgy.

To prevent dengue and mosquito-related diseases, the Hernani Primary Care Facility conducted Targeted Indoor/ Outdoor Residual Spraying (TIRS/TORS) at Brgy. Canciledes, Hernani, Eastern Samar on August 3, 2026.

The RHU Hernani health workers, wearing their Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs), went to the said barangay to inspect any mosquito-prone areas on the households.

The Primary Care Facility reminds Hernanin-ons to actively do preventive dengue-related steps.
