Ang regular na postnatal care ay mahalaga upang mabantayan ang kalusugan ni mommy at ni baby matapos manganak. 🩺✨

✔️ Sa loob ng unang 24 oras matapos manganak
✔️ Sa ikatlong araw pagkatapos manganak
✔️ Sa pagitan ng ika-7 hanggang ika-14 na araw
✔️ Sa ika-anim na linggo pagkatapos manganak
