My journey as a Sports Therapist for the Philippine Masters Team at the World Masters Championship was truly an incredible and unforgettable experience. 🇵🇭🏆

Being part of such a prestigious international event allowed me to work alongside dedicated athletes, witness their determination firsthand, and gain valuable experience in managing sports-related injuries, recovery, and performance at the highest level.

Now, I’m back in my clinic—bringing that experience, knowledge, and passion home to serve my regular patients who continue to struggle with chronic and acute pain.

Whether you’re an athlete pushing your limits or someone simply hoping to live a life free from pain, my mission remains the same: to help you move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing what you love.

The championship may be over, but the commitment to healing continues every day. 💪❤️

Second Masters patient, but already a champion of progress! 🙌
After a fall, he came in with an acute frozen shoulder and difficulty raising his right hand. Praise God, he was able to raise his hand during his very first session! 🙏✨
