Alam mo ba?

Magpa-check up regularly. Tandaan, maagang aksyon = buhay na mas mahaba. ❤️

Did you know?
Up to 70–80% of serious cardiac events—including heart attacks and strokes—strike in the early morning hours (6 a.m.–noon). Doctors call this the “morning peak,” and it’s linked to your body’s circadian rhythm.

Here’s why mornings put extra stress on your heart:
đź’Ą Surge in stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline)
đź’Ą Morning blood pressure spike
đź’Ą Blood more prone to clotting
đź’Ą Dehydration after hours of sleep
đź’Ą Sudden activity right after waking

👉 Studies show the highest risk is between 9–11 a.m.

Takeaway: Start your mornings gently—hydrate, avoid sudden exertion, and manage blood pressure.

Protect your heart when it’s most vulnerable. ❤️

I spent my birthday with no plans, just faith, family, and the open road. From lighting a candle in church to letting my kid choose the way (left or right, north or south), we drove with no destination, reservations and itinerary—only two blue bags, a full tank gas, and brave hearts. After almost a hundred kilometers, a few “sorry, fully booked” signs, and plenty of breathtaking views, we found the perfect spot near the forest and adventure park. Ended the day with a cozy dinner and endless gratitude. Sometimes, the best memories are the ones unplanned. 💙🚗🌲

When you work out, are you doing too much or not enough? There’s a simple way to know: Your target heart rate

A wearable activity tracker makes it super easy to track your heart rate or take your pulse on the inside of your wrist. If your heart rate is too high, you’re straining. If your heart rate is too low, you may want to push yourself a little harder, especially if you’re trying to lose weight.

Good food isn’t just about taste—it’s about healing, balance, and peace of mind. 🥗
The key to reducing ANXIETY is to eat foods that are calming and to eliminate foods that are stimulating. This can be managed with foods that provide grounding energy but relax the nervous system. Repeat your mantra: “Food preparation is meditation, food preparation is relaxing.”
These recipes will provide you with what you need to nourish the brain, mind, and body.
