🚨Huwag hintaying tumaas ang creatinine bago magpacheck sa doktor. Dahil tahimik ang chronic kidney disease, hindi mo alam ay nagsisimula na palang madamage ang kidneys mo.

🚨Ang PROTEINURIA o PROTEIN SA IHI ang pinakamaagang senyales na may nangyayari sa kidneys.

🚨Ayon sa KDIGO, dapat mag-test para sa GFR (creatinine) at albuminuria (UACR test) sa mga taong may mataas na risk, anuman ang edad:

1. May Diabetes (Type 1 o Type 2).
2. May Hypertension (High blood pressure).
3. May Cardiovascular Disease (Stroke, heart failure, o atake sa puso).
4. May Family History ng kidney failure.
5. May History ng AKI (Acute Kidney Injury).
