The 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭'𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is now open via your my.SMC portal.

✅Click the 'Grades by School Year' tab in your portal and choose S.Y. 2025-2026, 2nd Semester.
✅Click the view button for each subject and fill out the evaluation form. You only need to evaluate once for each class enrolled.
✅Submit your evaluation for each subject to view your term/final grades.
