✈️ Preventing Ear Problems During Travel

Experiencing clogged or painful ears during flights? Sudden air pressure changes can affect the middle ear. To ease discomfort:
✅ Try swallowing, chewing gum, or yawning during take-off and landing
✅ For infants—let them breastfeed or bottle-feed
✅ If you have a cold or sinus congestion, consider nasal saline rinses or decongestants (as advised by your doctor)
✅ Seek medical consult if pain persists

Earthquakes can cause sudden changes in pressure and motion, leading to:
🔹 Temporary dizziness or imbalance
🔹 Ear discomfort due to stress or pressure changes
