HPV vaccine, protection from developing head and neck cancer? 🧐

Q: Can the HPV vaccine protect me from getting head and neck cancer?

A: Yes! The HPV vaccine is highly effective in preventing infections from high-risk HPV types, including HPV-16, which causes most HPV-related head and neck cancers.

The vaccine is recommended for both males and females, ideally before exposure to the virus. However, adults up to age 45 may still benefit from vaccination.
