Kailangan tandaan:
-Hindi kayang gamutin ng eye drop ang katarata.
-Hindi kayang pagalingin o salamin ang glaucoma.
-Hindi nawawala ang Diabetic Retinopathy sa mga “miracle” na produkto.
-Walang iisang produkto na lunas sa lahat ng sakit sa mata.

What started as a simple goal to receive his Diplomate certificate turned into an unexpected achievement for 𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗣. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗻.

In a post shared after the conferment ceremony, Dr. Parcon recounted how he never expected to receive any additional recognition. He simply wanted to attend the event and claim his 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲.

But Dr. Parcon ended up placing 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟵 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟲𝟬 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆–𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝗣𝗕𝗢𝗛𝗡𝗦) 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The achievement came after what he described as a far-from-straightforward residency journey.

Dr. Parcon shared that he experienced delays during residency and had to 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 to complete his case requirements and research.

Looking back, he said the delays, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty taught him valuable lessons and ultimately brought him to where he is today.

Dr. Parcon credited 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 for helping him throughout the journey.

“Grateful, humbled, and excited for what comes next,” he wrote.
